In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey selecting a new home design and beyond. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:Welcome visitors to the fully furnished display homeSchedule appointments and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display homeSupport customers through the sales cycle from developing, qualifying leads to nurturing and closingProvide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisionsCollaborating with the Building & Design Consultant to ensure business sales and customer service objectives are achievedEnsure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard and within required timeframesCollaborate cross functionally with all departments within Brighton Homes and the NEX Building Group to ensure customers experience the difference of building their new home with BrightonAbout you:You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
