We are growing rapidly, we''re profitable and we''re funded by one of the leading investors in Australia - BailadorWhat Youll Be DoingOwn the end-to-end sales cycle for Updoc for Business from prospecting to pitching, closing, and onboardingBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline of mid-sized and large Australian businessesWork closely with the marketing team to amplify campaigns and turn interest into actionDeliver compelling product demos and ROI-driven conversations to People & Culture, HR, and Benefits decision-makersProvide feedback from the field to improve positioning, collateral, and product strategyBe the face of Updoc for Business in meetings, events, and across the ecosystemAbout You3 - 5 years in a sales role (ideally SDR/BDR AE) in a high-growth environmentYoure a natural communicator and seller persuasive, empathetic and confident presenting to senior business leaders and key decision makersComfortable working in ambiguity, this role isnt handed to you, you are helping build itMission-driven, you care about what youre selling and how it helps peopleBonus: experience in healthcare or health-techYou thrive in ambiguity and love getting stuck inThere''s a reason why we were awarded the Best Place to Work in Australia by the AFR:The team: We hire the best and brightest people and give you the autonomy to be innovative.
