Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, checking for accurate receival and dispatch of goodsAssisting customers with pricing and product queriesProcessing counter salesMaintaining safety processesGeneral Administrative Processes and supporting with telephone and reception enquiries.Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environmentLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveriesWhat well love about you:We are keen to hear from jobseekers with a high focus on customer service, attention to detail, problem solving skills, the ability to think outside the square and get the job done. Youll also have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise. In addition, you will demonstrate:Drivers license is required and a forklift ticket is advantageousExperience working within a sales environmentEffective written and verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationshipsProblem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptlyExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookThis job will remain posted until filled.
