Location: Various Medical Clinic Sites Across Melbourne (Base: Hawthorn East)Employment Type: Full Time (Hours Negotiable)Family Doctor Pty Ltd, one of Australias leading networks of doctor-owned primary care services, is seeking a reliable, skilled, and proactive Handyman to join our team. This hands-on role will provide essential property maintenance support across our network of medical practices, ensuring safe, functional, and well-presented environments for our staff and patients.Key Responsibilities: Perform general property repairs and preventative maintenance tasks. Minor painting, patching, and cosmetic touch-ups. Basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work (where licensed or within safe limits). Inspect and maintain building fixtures and fittings. Identify, report, and action urgent repair needs. Support fit-out projects, furniture assembly, and installation of equipment. Conduct routine maintenance inspections at various clinic locations. Coordinate with external contractors where required.About You: Proven experience in a similar handyman or maintenance role. Broad skills across a range of trades and general maintenance tasks. Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and solve problems efficiently. A proactive approach to safety and compliance. Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of patient environments. Current drivers licence and willingness to travel between clinic locations.Desirable: Previous experience working within healthcare or clinical environments.
