This role is pivotal in ensuring the manufacturing and formulation of designated products adhere to established procedures and schedules. In this role. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on precision, safety, and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Operator, you will:Manufacture designated products in line with company procedures and the production scheduleFormulate products accurately according to production batch sheetsEnsure all goods are stored correctly, adhering to Dangerous Goods Storage Segregation guidelinesLabel, fill, and pack finished products, ensuring all actions meet customer protocols and align with documentation and production proceduresAssist with preparing stock reportsMaintain a clean and safe working environmentAbout YouTo excel at Elders, you have:Current Forklift licencePrevious experience within a production environmentKnowledge of dangerous goods, ideally within the agricultural industryProficiency with the Microsoft Suite and Production Management SystemsDemonstrated ability to understand written procedures and instructionsArticulate communication with the ability to engage a variety of internal and external stakeholdersAbout EldersAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
