This role will be the primary contact for their portfolio of Home and Community clients and the support workers that work with those clients. You will be supported directly by the Operation Manager - Home and Community Supports, to ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality care and to ensure out Support Workers are supported effectively to deliver this care.Given this is a new role, in a new region, some direct supports to our clients may be required while our client numbers grow.
