To ensure a clean and sanitary work enviornment in the kitchen and stewarding areas, and to wash, clean and stock operating equipment and kitchen utensils.Day to DayPerform general cleaning duties and tasks related to cleaning and storage of equipment as directed ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.Clean and store operating equipment.Clean and maintain areas according to guidelines.Exercise great care in use of operating equipment.Report any problems to the manager on duty.Work according to posted roster.To have a complete understanding of operations relating to stewarding.QualificationsWhat we are looking for?A positive attitudeMUST have an unrestricted working Visa for AustraliaThe flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, night shifts and public holidaysBasic knowledge of Kitchen Hygiene and 1 years work experience in a similar role would be highly desirableCultureWe believe hospitality isnt just a business, its a calling!
