The role is responsible for administering the departments ServiceNow environment and providing expert guidance and support to other members of the Platform Support team. These functions are essential to the successful delivery of the directorates strategic objectives.The role also includes responsibility for implementing and managing ICT projects to ensure defined outcomes are achieved. Contributions made in this position will support the development and adoption of innovative techniques and methodologies that inform policy development and implementation, particularly in relation to ICT application support and enhancement.QualificationsEssential: Nil.Desirable: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, ITIL FoundationsSpecial ConditionsThe successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
