It is an ideal foundation from which our residents can embrace life to the fullest.An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, committed and customer service-focused All Rounder Cleaner/Driver to join our team at The Terraces. This role involves working 12.5 hours a week over 3-days. The shifts are:Wednesday and Thursday 9:30am 1:30pmFridays 9:30am 2pmAs a Driver, you will provide safe transportation of our Village residents to local shopping centres and return them at the end of their outing. You will also perform other ad-hoc duties as required, such as taking the vehicle for servicing and maintenance checks as required by Village Management.As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for pressure washing (gurneying) bins and ensuring all communal areas including reception, leisure centre, gym, restrooms, community facilities and lounges are clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
