As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring our production runs smoothly, and adhering food safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.RostersSunday (4:30am - 3:30pm), Monday (4:30am - 1:30pm), Wednesday (7:30pm - 5:30am) & Thursday (7:30pm - 5:30am)Sunday (5:00am - 1:30pm), Tuesday (6:50am - 12:30pm), Wednesday (5:00am - 12:30pm), Thursday (5:00am - 1:30pm) & Friday (5:00am - 1:30pm)Purpose of the RoleOperate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient operationInspect products during and after production for quality, ensuring that they meet the required specificationsFollow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesRecord production data and report any issues to supervisorsAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety and qualityHave a strong safety mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targetsThe ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing teamPhysically fit with the ability to lift and move up to 20kgsWhy Join Us?At Tip Top Bakeries, we''re proud to produce an extensive range of wholesome sliced bread, muffins, crumpets, pies, and bakery snacks.
