This role is based on-site on the Santos Project, working a FIFO rotational roster (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster).Working closely with our long-standing client, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of pipeline and lease construction projects across the Cooper Basin.Description:About The RoleASAP Start2:2 Roster11 Hour daysYour key responsibilities will include:Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems (LV/HV) on fixed plant and process equipment on Oil & Gas infrastructures.Read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs and loop diagrams.Perform glanding and termination of LV/HV cables in accordance with site and hazardous area requirements.Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on pumps, compressors, and other key process infrastructure.Assist with commissioning and shutdown activities in live plant environments.Ensure all ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans) and FICs (Field Inspection Checklists) are followed and correctly documented.Assist in compiling and reviewing E&I MDRs (Manufacturing Data Reports).Work closely with supervisors and QA teams to ensure compliance with client specifications and project standards.Skills and Experiences:About YouMinimum 2 years experience in a similar role in the Oil, Gas and Energy sector.Unrestricted Electrical Licence.Instrumentation qualifications (required cert 3 & 4)Strong focus on electrical safety, isolations and permit to work systems.Must have current drivers licence.Construction White Card.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Alignment with our values: Driven, Purposeful, Open & Honest, Respectful.Global BenefitsBeing part of the Global team gives you access to a range of different benefits.
