Together, we can continue to go beyond ordinary.Our High Intensity SILS (Supported Independent Living) house is a safe and nurturing environment for individuals with significant health and support needs. We work collaboratively with families, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams to enable our residents to live fulfilling and independent lives.About the RoleAs an NDIS Support Worker, you will assist individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their personal goals. Your responsibilities will include:Providing personal care and daily living assistanceSupporting clients in social and community participationAssisting with household tasks and meal preparationProviding transport for appointments and activitiesEncouraging and promoting independence and choiceWorking HoursGCLA operates 24/7 services, meaning shifts are available across public holidays, weekends, overnight, evenings, and mornings.
