The roles here focuses on ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and high-value merchandise while enhancing the premium customer experience.Job tasks and responsibilitiesReporting into the Client Delivery Manager, the Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers & patrons of the store. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work and previous premium retail security experience is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesHigh Attention to detailsPrevious experience in premium Retail Security is highly desirable.Maintain a strong and visible security presence on the shop floorMonitor foot traffic and identify potential risks or suspicious behaviorSkills in Incident Reporting and Emergency ResponseCustomer Service and to support staff where requested.Build professional relationships with store team members and client.Ensure adherence to company policies and proceduresSkills and experienceTo Be Successful for this role; you will possess the following;Current VICSecurity LicenseCurrent First Aid CertificateCurrent National Police CheckProven experience in High end Customer Service industries.Excellent presentation and grooming standardsA Positive and Proactive ApproachPassion for delivering professional and efficient customer serviceStrong communication skills, including incident report writing.Ability to multi task and work autonomously in high paced team environmentJob benefits and perksM.A. Services Group has a very generous remuneration package, well above the industry standard.
