This role is ideal for workers who can relate to youth participants in a bright and bubbly manner.Some of the duties include:Providing direct assistance to participants as per their care plans and instructions.Supporting participants to access community activities and outings.Providing transportation as required.Conducting general cleaning duties as needed.Assisting participants with cooking nutritious meals following food safety guidelines.Completing documentation accurately, including client notes and communication logs.Collaborating with clients, families, case managers, and other professionals to support individual goals.Reporting safety incidents or hazards to management.Applying knowledge of the NDIS system in daily work.AvailabilityWe prefer staff to be available at least 3 days during weekdays, with weekend availability considered an advantage. Early morning shifts start from 7 am.
