Due to continued growth, theyre looking to expand their frontline support team in Melbourne.Whats in it for you$60,000 + superLong-term contract through to September 2026Start dates as soon as Clearances are approvedStructured rotating roster (7am to 7pm coverage)On-site role in Melbourne CBDJoin a high-performing teamWhat youll doYoull provide frontline technical support as part of a centralised helpdesk team. This includes:Handling escalated technical issues via phone and emailTroubleshooting customised applications in a fast-paced environmentLogging and tracking incidents using internal systemsEscalating more complex issues as neededHelping improve support processes and reduce incoming call volumeBuilding product knowledge to support internal training and documentationTo be eligible, you must:Be an Australian Citizen ideally with a current Baseline Security ClearanceBe confident working across desktop apps, and SystemsHave strong problem-solving skills and excellent communicationBe comfortable working a rotating 7am7pm rosterBenefits:We recognize that diverse perspectives fuel innovation.
