Coordinate daily priorities with the Chef de Partie. Work in the kitchen as directed. Ensure timely and efficient work completion. Minimize wastage at all times. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Assist in training and developing junior staff. Act on behalf of the Chef de Partie if absent. Perform general or specialized cooking, butchering, baking, or pastry duties, and supervise other kitchen staff. Follow all standard operating procedures. Promote a learning and professional environment. Perform any other duties as directed by senior chefs. Maintain grooming standards. Foster harmonious relationships within the team.
