This is a great role for someone who wants to build experience in project and program environments, while using your strong coordination and communication skills to keep things running smoothly.Youll play a hands-on role in helping your team stay on track: scheduling meetings, following up tasks, keeping systems updated, managing records and budgets, and helping to deliver real outcomes. Some days may even involve supporting direct client logistics or requests.In this role, you will:Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items and follow-upHelp track tasks, timelines, and reporting requirementsKeep records up to date across systems, registers and databasesManage practical tasks like room bookings, printing, and organising suppliesSupport finance processes like invoice processing and reconciling brokerageCommunicate with stakeholders, including community partners and familiesBe ready to roll up your sleeves and support where it''s needed mostThis could be a great fit if you:Are highly organised and enjoy helping teams deliver on timeHave admin or office coordination experience (any sector)Are confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systemsCommunicate clearly and can juggle competing prioritiesWant to grow your skills in a program or project support roleAre adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environmentBenefits of working at UnitingOur work isnt easy, but it matters.
