Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, your role will focus on servicing customer sites, particularly EACS, CCTV, and Alarm systems, to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize downtime by providing exceptional technical support.ResponsibilitiesService and maintain Honeywell and third-party equipment (training provided).Perform daily servicing and maintenance tasks.Commission pre-installed security equipment.Configure security system hardware and software.Diagnose faults and repair security systems.Load software and configure Honeywell EBI / DVM Systems.Handle small to medium project installations, including coordinating with subcontractors.Manage financial aspects according to budgets and plans.Develop and maintain site-specific documentation and quality assurance records as instructed by the Team Leader.QualificationsExperience as Security Technician or Electrician, with customer-facing experience or similar.Basic electrical knowledge, including diagrams and switching.Commitment to customer satisfaction.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Ability to work under pressure.Strong focus on safety and maintaining a safe work environment.Ability to obtain NV1 clearance.Valid drivers license.Flexibility to be on call and work rotating shifts when required.Who We AreHoneywells over 100 years of innovation include collaborations on NASA space missions, healthcare sensors, and sustainable aviation fuel.
