We are what youre looking for.The RoleDue to upcoming leave coverage, this role is being offered on a fixed term contract until May 2026. In this dynamic role, youll support the Community Relations Manager & lead the charge in executing CBH Community Investment Fund activities, driving awareness and engagement. Youll coordinate a diverse portfolio of community investment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Be a part of something impactful and exciting!Responsibilities include:Community Investment Coordination:Lead a diverse portfolio of community investment activities, while monitoring and evaluating the performance of community initiatives to recommend improvementsMarketing & Engagement:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, communications, and engagement plans to effectively reach growers, employees, and stakeholdersContent Development:Create and maintain engaging content for social media, websites, intranets, presentations, and other corporate communication channelsRepresentationRepresent CBH at community events and forumsAbout You:Proven practical experience in community relations, including managing a large portfolio of community activitiesStrong ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective in building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProven ability to develop and implement successful communication and engagement strategies that align with business goalsExcellent skills in marketing and employee communications, capable of articulating information to diverse audiencesEvent Production, experienced in planning and executing events from start to finishTertiary qualification in communications, marketing, public relations or similarWorking knowledge of social impact and/or evaluationA background in regional development and knowledge of agribusiness and/or agricultureWhy work with CBH?Work with meaning and being part of something biggerPlay a critical role in moving WAs grain from paddocks to ports, and on to countries all around the world.
