MinRes manages all mining operations at Wodgina, including a spodumene concentrate processing plant with an annual capacity of 900,000 tonnes (SC5.5).About the OpportunityWe are seeking expressions of interest from Process Operatorswith wet plant experience to join our team at Wodgina Lithium Processing Plant. These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.The role involves rotating day and night shifts and offering Fly In, Fly Out from Perth WA and Brisbane QLD.What we offer:Full-time positionsFIFO from Perth & BrisbaneCompetitive rates plus quarterly bonuses!Industry-leading food provided at MinRes site camps run by MinRes own chefs!Opportunity for career progression and trainingAccess to MinRes employee benefit program including MinRes MyShare PlanKey Responsibilities:Safely operate all plant sections, including:GrindingFlotationLIMS/WHIMS separationThickeningFiltrationControl RoomConcentrate load-outTailings disposal.Monitor and optimise operations by maintaining high housekeeping standards and conducting daily inspections to ensure safety and compliance.Complete any other tasks and activities within your competency as directed by the Site Leadership Team.Ensure compliance with all Company and Site Rules and Regulations as stipulated by the Company and/or the Client.Participate in hazard identification, assessment, and control.Provide input and feedback for plant and operational improvements.What is required:Demonstrated safety commitmentGood verbal and written communication skills.Ability to carry out work instructions and directives to provide satisfactory outcomesAbility to work within a team environment to achieve desired resultsFlexible and versatile attitudeExperience operating forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, and bobcats (Desirable)Experience in lithium, gold or copper processing operations.Tickets & Licenses Required:Current Australian Driver''s License (HR license desirable)Construction Induction CardWorking at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.About Our ProcessAt Mineral Resources, we are committed to employing individuals who align with our values and meet the requirements of the role.
