Our products and services are aligned to critical industries including, industrial, commercial, petrochem, infrastructure, marine, mining, military & defence, transport making this role unique and exciting.We are looking for an experienced special hazards Fire Technician who will be responsible for undertaking on and off-site commissioning assistance and technical support of the wide range of products which Fire Protection Technologies sell including programming of systems, fan integrity testing performs minor works. All works are to be carried out in accordance with relevant Australian Standards & Regulations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOn and off site commissioning assistance and technical support of the wide range of products which Fire Protection Technologies sell to achieve maximum returns and client satisfaction.Carry out Fan Integrity TestingProvide Managers with reports as requested.Liaise with clients as required and carry out administrative tasksMonitor and observe the requirements of the company Quality Assurance policy bringing any issues of non-conformance to the attention of the Tech And Commissioning Support Manager.Compliance with Management directives and attendant policies and proceduresComply with all workplace health and safety statutes, regulations, policies and prescribed procedures, which include a commitment to safe work practices instructions and rules and using appropriate protective clothing and equipment.Commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity and Merit principlesEfficient and effective utilisation of resources as allocated under the level of responsibility for this positionQualificationsMechanical/Electrical aptitudeKnowledge of relevant Australian StandardsValid Drivers LicencePromote product and salesThoroughness and reliabilityExcellent organisational skillsWhat are we offering you?Be a part of making somethingbig!We are not just building incredible, life-saving products, we are building a culture.
