We operate closely with Village Cinemas and Warner Village Theme Parks.Intencity can be found in 5 locations along the East Coast of Australia (including Adelaide and Tasmania), as well as over 60 game foyer locations. We have a vast array of classic and contemporary video, prize and skill tester games that appeal to children, teenagers and adults alike.About the Role:Reporting into the Location Manager, you will deliver customer service to the highest possible standard and perform duties associated with the operation of an entertainment complex.Key Accountabilities include:Always Providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers through recommendations, upselling and general inquiries.General duties, including accurate cashhandling and reporting;Cleaning of games, floors and maintaining store presentation and hygiene levels in all areas including back of house.Queue management, including floor patrol and crowdcontrol;Hosting of group bookings, Supersessions andParties;Correcting minor games faults in accordance with training/competency level and reporting faults that require a technician;Other duties as specified by your manager.What you can bring to the role:Excellent personal presentation;Good verbal and written communicationskills;Exceptional cash handlingskills;Ability to work alone and as part of ateam;Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentYoure not expected to have 100% of these skills.
