We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality products in the highly competitive market.Description:About The RoleYou will be responsible for the delivery and collection of gas cylinders to commercial and residential customers throughout the Northern Territory.This is a hands-on, outdoor role that involves frequent manual handling of gas cylinders, so ideal for someone who enjoys staying on their feet!You will:Prioritize safety at every level, with a high level of safety exerted in road and traffic safety and patience.Be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are always kept in a roadworthy and clean condition, perform daily pre-start checks, reporting any defects or maintenance issues to the supervisor.Load and deliver individual cylinder products, both manually and using lifting aids.Complete all relevant compliance paperwork and complete safety system entriesCarry out all transactions as required using handheld scanner technology to log deliveries and monitor stock.Report any hazards, safety concerns, near misses and accidents and incidents.Be able to keep track of time and operate efficiently.Provide excellent customer service to all Supagas clients.Provide timely and adequate feedback to supervisors and customers service team regarding any customer concerns.Assist with yard logistics activities to ensure smooth operations of logistics processes.Skills and Experiences:You possess:Valid MR and or HR licence.Current Forklift Operators licence.Ability to work independently and solve problems.A commitment to operating safely at all times, including fatigue management.Capacity to work extended hours if required.What we offer?Participation in our Rewards & Recognition Program: Driver bonus based on the number of cylinders delivered and safely.We provide full PPE uniform.Fortnightly pay.Full time, permanent positions.Long-term stability.Access to Employee Assistance Program.Real essence of family and community across the team.Ongoing professional development and career opportunities.Refer a friend and earn extra money by participating in our national employee referral program.Access to a variety of employee initiatives and benefits across 1,700 brands, institutions, and companies.
