About the roleJoin the team at TOODYAY Bakery as a full-time Baker in our growing bakery located in the country town of Toodyay, WA, 45 Minutes east of Perth Metro. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality baked goods to delight our customers.What you''ll be doingMixing, kneading, and shaping dough for breads, pastries, and other baked goodsOperating commercial baking equipment to bake and finish products according to recipes and customers'' ordersEnsuring all baked goods meet company quality and presentation standardsMaintaining a clean and organised work environmentCollaborating with the team to enhance our product range and improve processesWhat we''re looking forMinimum 2 years'' experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery settingStrong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety regulationsAbility to work efficiently and accurately under pressureExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityPassion for creating delicious baked goods and providing exceptional customer serviceSourdough and Artisan experience will be highly regardedWillingness to work early mornings and weekends as requiredWillingness to relocate.What we offerAt TOODYAY Bakery, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
