Internal candidates are encouraged to visit our internal careers page for current opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesRoutine servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on the fleet of generators and diesel pumpsPriorities and attend breakdowns to ensure minimal downtimeDiagnostics and fault findingInspection and maintenance of Multistage Bore Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, fire pumps and Isolation and controls valvesQualifications and ExperienceDiesel trade background in either Light/ Heavy vehicle trade as majority of work is diesel powered gensets or pumpsSelf-motivated and ability to work in astrong team environment as well as individuallyStrong organizational and communication skills both verbal and writtenDemonstrate strong safety valuesExperience with Fortescues computer-based systems (BMS, SAP)HR drivers license, forklift, CN, rigging or dogging tickets preferableOur CommitmentFortescue is deeply committed to providing a safe culture that builds respect, fosters inclusiveness, and values diversity.
