Pathways Residences is a luxury Aged Care provider with 3 locations across Sydney. We are seeking Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to join our team at Killara NSW. We are looking for staff who can work day and night shifts. It is imperative that candidates are able to work night shifts. Casual positions are available, with possible part-time opportunities. You will be an integral part of the team, delivering quality care to our elderly residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents during meals, providing personal care, daily living assistance, medication administration, ensuring hygiene, following care plans, and professionally documenting care activities. Remuneration: $33.27/hour + applicable shift loadings + superannuation + allowances Benefits include: Annual leave, additional annual leave, sick leave, public holidays, and a paid company picnic day.
