Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$17.00/hr - $21.00/hrPosition SummaryProcess member orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper transfer and scanning of merchandise. Enter transactions, collect payments, and perform opening and closing tasks for the Front End. Follow safety procedures and maintain courteous service to ensure smooth member flow.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide prompt, courteous service, greeting members, obtaining membership cards, answering questions, and promoting promotions.Accurately record sales, scan merchandise, and monitor inventory accuracy while adhering to safety and security procedures.Count register at shift start and end, order change, and manage cash deposits and loans.Receive payments, process checks and card transactions, and handle cash accurately.Assist with opening and closing duties, stock management, and maintaining the Front-End area.Follow safety procedures and assist in other warehouse departments as needed.Deliver excellent customer service to members, employees, and suppliers.Minimum QualificationsMust be 18 years or older.High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.Pass background check and authorized to work in the U.S.Position RequirementsExhibit professionalism and serve others effectively.Be well-organized, prioritize tasks, and work independently.Work well with others, adapt to change, and solve problems effectively.Maintain a positive attitude under stress and communicate clearly.Be results-oriented, act with integrity, and fulfill commitments.ExperienceMinimum 2 years of cashier or similar experience, with proficiency in using a cash register, scanner, and 10-key pad.Pitco Foods is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
