THE ROLE: Reporting to the General Manager, our Spa Manager will oversee the efficient and profitable operations of the day spa. The role involves leading the team of spa therapists, coordinating spa operations and schedules, and maintaining high standards of communication and product knowledge. The Spa Manager will ensure exceptional guest care, with the spa serving as a vital part of the guest experience, focusing on restorative treatments with natural healing products. You will enjoy: Managing daily operations of Elme Day Spa Developing strategic plans to meet financial targets and enhance the Crystalbrook brand Maintaining high service and presentation standards Conducting guest satisfaction surveys Delivering exceptional guest experiences Recruiting, motivating, and developing staff Providing excellent service to foster client loyalty Collaborating internally to attract new clients Monitoring inventory through stocktakes Arranging staff rosters Staying current with global health and beauty trends Ensuring the spa''s cleanliness and presentation ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have: Significant experience managing a luxury spa environment Technical expertise in recruitment, training, and team leadership A diploma in Beauty and/or Massage Therapy Leadership skills with the ability to develop a large team Exceptional customer service skills A passion for wellness and guest satisfaction Innovative thinking and a drive for continuous improvement If you thrive in a creative environment and are passionate about guest relaxation and making guests feel special, we would love to hear from you.
