Reporting to the National Training Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and developing quality training programs to clients in accordance with relevant legislations, policies and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations.Key Responsibilities:Training and Assessment - Delivering nationally recognised qualificationsProvide ongoing support to leanersContribute to development of programs and resource materialsParticipate in moderation and validationDue to increased demand for our high-quality training services, we are currently seeking qualified, industry experienced and dynamic Trainers/Assessors who are capable of delivering electrical services qualifications, such as:High Voltage Switching Operations (HVSO)Electrical Equipment for Hazardous Areas (EEHA)Key Responsibilities:Training and Assessment - Delivering nationally recognised qualificationsContribute to development of programs and resource materialsParticipate in moderation and validationProvide ongoing support to leanersAbout youThe successful candidate will be based in Brisbane, with occasional travel to other areas as required. There is likely to be a mix of classroom and workplace-based training and assessment, which may vary depending on the discipline. Your learners may differ from more experienced workers in industry to young job-seekers and career starters; both requiring your expertise to develop their skills.Mandatory Requirements forHVSO, EEHA and/or HACDMust Hold:An Electrical LicenceTAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentOr previously held Units of Competency for HV Switching, EEHA, HACD etcOr previously held Units of Competency for Electrical Equipment in Hazardous AreasHold Current Units of Competency for HVSO / HVSO QualificationsExperience in the HV Industry either in Mining, Oil & Gas, Network Operation or GenerationEEHA QualificationsHACD Qualifications, or experience or exposure to Hazardous Areas Classification & DesignExperience in Hazardous Area environments either in the Oil & Gas industry, Petrochemical plants, combustible dust industries or refineriesWe are growingAt Verbrec, we empower change and create opportunities for you to develop a supercharged career pathway.
