Job DescriptionContract Dietitian . Private practice position located within a Medical Centre.Shape Nutrition is dedicated to providing up to date, personalised nutrition education and services to our patients to improve health outcomes for optimal nutritional health. We deliver services in both private practice and online settings.We are currently seeking a highly motivated dietitian for a contract position within an already established practice. This role is located in Coomera on the Gold Coast and is currently 1 day a week with potential to increase.Suitable applicants will have previous experience working with patients in a private practice or outpatient setting. New graduates are welcome to apply.Job Tasks And ResponsibilitiesManage a clinical workload by undertaking a nutrition assessment, dietary implementation and evaluation.Assist with promotion of services with other health professionals and the surrounding community.Essential RequirementsHold a Bachelors Degree or higher in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligible for membership with Dietitians Australia.Hold current APD status.Professional indemnity insurance and ABN.Current drivers license and vehicle.Desirable RequirementsClinical experience in a private practice or community setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling interaction with patients and their families, clinic staff including allied health professionals and doctors.Great time management skills.Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, whilst also working as a member of a multidisciplinary team.Experience in a variety of clinical areas including chronic disease management, womens health, Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, IBS and weight loss.Applications close July 26th 2025Send application, including a resume to admin@shapenutrition.com.au.
