We work across South East Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula and we take pride in building strong, respectful relationships with both our clients and our team.Were looking for a full-time Morning Flexi Carer to join our team.About the roleThis is a fast-moving role that suits someone who enjoys variety, works well under pressure and wants to be relied on as a key part of the team.As our Morning Flexi Carer, youll be on-call to cover short-notice shifts between 6am and 2pm, Monday to Friday. Some days youll receive your shift details just after 6am. On other days, your shifts may be arranged up to 24 hours in advance. This role is all about stepping in when needed most and making sure no client goes without support.Youll be based in Frankston or Langwarrin and youll travel to clients within a 30-minute radius.
