Join MSWAs Largest Lottery Campaign as a Customer Service Representative This is a casual position, based in our Belmont Office with flexibility of shifts to suit your lifestyle and needs! What you''ll be doing Answering calls, emails, and messages with warmth and professionalism Promoting MSWAs lottery products and encouraging donations Hitting sales targets and celebrating team wins Solving problems and making customers feel valued Keeping accurate records and staying sharp with ongoing training About you You love engaging with people and have experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising (experience in lottery ticket sales is a plus!). Comfortable using computer systems and quickly adapting to new tools. Youre motivated to meet or exceed sales targets and help us raise funds for a meaningful cause. NDIS Clearance: Youll need to have NDIS clearance or be willing to obtain it.
