Every day will be different, theres nothing routine about this role!About The RoleRates: $31.82ph plus penalties (rate X 1.5 after 8 hours, rate X 2.0 after 10 hours).Full-time permanent position!You will be based at our Rockhampton Concrete Plant reporting to the Plant Manager.Operate a front-end loader when required (experience highly regarded, but can be trained)Most days will start between 2am and 7am and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 55-60 hours per week. Saturday work is generally available, paid at overtime ratesMonthly travel may be required within the Central QLD region, meals/accommodation is supplied.As we mentioned, driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you havent met beforeWe provide cutting edge technology to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads.All new starts go through a 10-day training program before we let you loose by yourself.About YouMinimum of HR license (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred)Front End loader ticket (preferred)You enjoy meeting people and having a chat with them when youre onsiteYou prefer variety in your working life.
