We act for humanity.About the roleOur migration programs and services protect and uphold the health, dignity and wellbeing of vulnerable migrants in Australia.Through providing individualised casework support to migrants in transition, you will assist clients to set and attain identified goals, and work in collaboration with other agencies and organisations. In addition you will contribute to co-design process and adapt and innovate ways of working in order to improve Red Crosss response to the needs of migrants in transition.What you will bringSound casework/ case management experience including holistic assessment of client needs and development of case plans.Experience in working with marginalised people in the communityWell-developed interpersonal and written communication skillsExperience in working competently with staff and clients from cultural and linguistically diverse backgrounds with respect and humilityA current working with children checkDrivers licenceBenefits that act for you, while you act for humanityFinancial wellbeing: In addition to your salary, you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
