Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCAR WASH MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTIONCar Wash Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: The Car Wash Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the day-today operations of the car wash equipment and physical assets of the company. The Car Wash Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Regional Manager of Facilities and Maintenance.Car Wash Maintenance Technician duties will include, but are not limited to:Conduct regular inspections and ensure upkeep and maintenance of all car wash systemsPerform repairs and/or adjustments to the car wash equipmentAssist in making decisions on repairs and report major problems to the Regional Manager of Facilities and Maintenance as appropriateUtilize Service Channel (CMMS) for work orders and to document work performedSource and order parts as neededComply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules while carrying out maintenance functionsRespond to emergencies in a timely manner, which includes calls outside of normal working hoursDevelop and maintain good rapport with the car wash retail teamMaintain company-owned truck, including always keeping supplies and proper tools on handOther job-related duties as assignedExperience/Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentFive (5) or more years serving or installing car wash equipmentStrong knowledge of mechanical/electrical maintenanceAbility to operate hand power tolls safely and efficientlyValid Drivers LicenseSkills:Ability to perform light welding tasksSpecific knowledge of Belanger or AVW car wash equipmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsHours:The Car Wash Maintenance Technician is a full-time position and works 40 hours per weekSalary/Income:The Car Wash Maintenance Technician is an exempt, salaried positionNeed to be able to have weekends open for on call. #J-18808-Ljbffr
