Thats what makes us truly different!We are currently seeking experienced Care Workers to provide daily support to our residents at Bethanie Fields Aged Care Home, located in Eaton. Co-located with a retirement village, Bethanie Fields is a 160-bed facility designed specifically to provide support for people who need 24-hour care, including those with special care needs and dementia.You will support our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day-to-day activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing, and building positive and professional relationships with residents and team members.Preference will be given to applicants who are available to commit to at least three shifts per week on a permanent basis, with morning and afternoon shifts available across weekdays and weekends.Our Care Workers are an integral part of the care and support we provide to our residents.
