If you can dream it, we can support you in achieving it.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Provide support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans.Assist clients with daily living activities such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming.Provide transportation assistance to clients.Provide respite care to clients and their families.Overnight/sleepover care.Assist with medication administration, ensuring that Point Care medication administration policies are followed.Keep accurate and up-to-date records of clients'' care plans and progress.RequirementsA minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.Certificate 3 in individual support, or higher qualification.Experience working with people with disabilities.Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Access to ongoing training and development opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
