Typical responsibilities include:Welcoming customers with a warm, friendly, and helpful attitudeServing a variety of snacks, including hot and cold sandwiches, cakes, muffins, etc.Preparing and serving hot and cold (non-alcoholic) beverages essential to have a barista certificate and the ability to make quality coffeesCleaning kitchen, service, and dining areas around the coffee shopFollowing and executing procedures to maintain high-quality cafe operationsCollaborating with the Chef Manager on supply needsEnsuring the cafe area is free of hazards and safe for allMaintaining a professional, respectful, and inviting environment that reflects our company positivelyProviding backup support in dining room service when requiredThis role involves physical activity, including bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing items to perform tasks safely. It is essential that you can perform these tasks without risk of injury to yourself, colleagues, or residents.About YouAt Infinite Aged Care, we prioritize attitude and aptitude over experience. Formal qualifications like Cert II in Hospitality are highly regarded but not essential.
