Join us in making a difference!The Role:We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Carer to join our team at Mosman Park Care Centre in Mosman Park. Our residents have expressed their appreciation for your skills and care! This is a permanent part-time role offering 51.35 hours per fortnight. If you enjoy sharing your tea-making skills and a good laugh while providing care, wed love to hear from you!Week 1Tuesday: 0700-1515Thursday: 0700-1515Friday: 0700-1515Week 2Tuesday: 0700-1515Friday: 0700-1515Please note, you must be able to commit to all scheduled days/shifts to be considered.Key Responsibilities:Support residents'' physical, social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing through individualized careAssist with residents'' care needs according to their care plansAssist with mobilization and transfers of residentsCollaborate with team members to promote a harmonious work environmentSupport and advocate for the rights of older peopleAssist with personal hygiene, showering, and toiletingAssist with activities of daily living, dressing, and groomingAssist at meal times, including feedingAssist with medication management or administer medication as per profilesMaintain effective communication within the workplaceAbout You:The successful candidate will build positive relationships with residents and deliver personal care with compassion, integrity, and dignity.
