What Youll Be DoingOversee daily operations across golf, MTB, weddings/events, hospitality, and site maintenanceLead new development projectsincluding putt putt, pickleball, and mountain bike park expansionManage staff, vendors, and contractors with a focus on team culture and operational excellenceTrack business and financial performance and implement smart cost base management protocolsWork closely with The Acre events team to ensure seamless delivery of weddings and private functionsBe the go-to person on-site, reporting directly to the owners and helping bring the broader vision to life What Youll BringStrong leadership experience in hospitality, events, tourism, or venue managementProven track record of overseeing site development or construction projectsExperience building and motivating teams in fast-moving environmentsConfident with budgets, cost control, and operational reporting, attentional to detail and extremely organisedBonus if you love the outdoors or have experience in recreation-based businessesResilient, proactive, and comfortable being hands-on when neededEmployment: Full-time, permanentSalary: Competitive package, negotiable based on experience, with bonuses to business KPI''sStart date: Immediate or by negotiationThis is more than a GM roleits an opportunity to lead the next chapter of an iconic Gold Coast destination.
