Our facility boasts the latest technology, including a fully automated frozen warehouse. We specialise in a wide range of frozen dough products, catering to supermarket in-store bakeries, quick-service restaurants, chain bakeries, and distributors.We are seeking Food Production, Packing Line Workers & Bakers to become part of our team across AM, PM & Night Shift Production.Key benefits of these roles:Training provided within a dynamic production teamWork towards a Full-time rolePaid Lunch Breaks and Convenient Onsite ParkingThe key duties of this position are:Operate machinery.Measure ingredients and mix raw materials.Monitor dough/product quality and line performance, reporting and escalating any deviations.Production and Packing linesClean equipment and workspaceWork safely and adhere to safe practices.Key skills required to be successful in this role are:Ability to work with various food types such as wheat, whole meal, cheese, meat (bacon), etc.Manual handling up to 25kgsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)High attention to detail with a positive attitudePrevious experience in a similar role within food manufacturing or in hospitality.
