This is a hands-on, field-based role involving travel, shift work, and a strong focus on safety and quality.Mobilising to site, loading materials, and reviewing build schedulesPerforming external rigging works on monopoles and lattice towersInstalling antennas, radios, TMAs, hybrid cables, and interpreting full construction drawingsDemobilising and transitioning to the next site as per project scheduleMandatoryWhat youll need:Basic Rigging, Dogman & EWP tickets.Rigging experience (Optus/Telco preferred, civil considered)Ability to interpret construction and plumbing drawingsPreferredFirst Aid, CPR, Tower RescueVOC on winchesAbout The ProjectVentia, in partnership with Optus, is leading the upgrade of telecommunications towers across Australia.
