As a core part of the Principals Selling Team, youll be surrounded by opportunity, structure, and strong leadership, with a clear path for ongoing growth and development.What Youll Be DoingAdministrative & Executive SupportManage the teams calendar, appointments, and travel arrangementsHandle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and professionalismPrepare reports, presentations, and listing kits to support sales activityEnsure administrative compliance and documentation standards are always metCampaign & Listing ManagementCoordinate all listing preparations including photography, floorplans, signage, copywriting, and inspection schedulesManage campaign timelines and liaise with third-party providers (solicitors, conveyancers, etc.)Ensure all marketing content is accurate, professional, and published on timeOversee online listings across REA, Domain, and social media platformsOrganise and conduct letterbox drops to generate awareness and drive enquiryTeam Operations & OversightMonitor weekly KPIs and support the sales team in staying accountableCoordinate schedules, delegate tasks, and assist with onboarding new team membersOrganise internal meetings, team events, and performance reviewsMaintain systems and operational workflows to ensure consistency and efficiencyClient Experience ManagementOversee the client journey from appraisal through to settlement and beyondEnsure consistent, high-quality communication with all vendors, buyers, and prospective clientsManage inspection reminders, buyer follow-ups, and vendor feedback reportsOrganise post-sale gifts, thank-you cards, and touchpoints that build lasting relationshipsMarketing & Brand SupportCoordinate team social media calendars and content schedulingEnsure branding is consistent across all touchpoints print, digital, and in-personMaintain and update agent profiles, online reviews, and testimonialsAssist in the rollout of newsletters, updates, and community engagement piecesWhat Were Looking ForA highly organised, proactive operator with exceptional attention to detailClear communicator (written and verbal) with a warm, professional mannerAble to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude, strong initiative, and a love for team successTech-confident and familiar with Microsoft Office, CRMs (AgentBox) and social media platformsA current drivers licence and reliable vehicleExperience & QualificationsExperience in a similar role in real estate, property, or executive support is preferred but not essentialReal estate experience is welcomed, but a willingness to learn and adapt is more importantA passion for organisation and systems is a mustWhy Join the Principal''s Selling Team?Were not just another real estate group were a values-led, high-performing team that thrives on results, collaboration, and doing things the right way.
