Air-conditioned lunchroom, central location and stable work opportunities.The OpportunityWere looking for a passionate and customer-focusedCustomer Service Officerto join our team on a permanent basis.As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our team and managers with administrative duties while keeping our customers updated about their vehicle repairs.Permanent PositionMonday to Friday, 40 hours per weekHours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PMRole Responsibilities:Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environmentGreet customers upon arrival and assist with inquiriesKeep customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion datesFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the AMA experienceManage phone and email correspondenceSupport management with inventory control (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repairsHow to Apply:Ready to join a supportive and thriving team?
