Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Administration Assistant to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, just 20 minutes from Uluru, one of Australia''s most iconic landmarks.Were seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator with a background or interest in Technical Services. You will support the Technical Services team with general office duties, data entry, invoice processing, and purchasing consolidation.To be considered, you must hold a valid Open Australian Drivers License (with the ability to convert to NT).Key DutiesProvide day-to-day admin support to the Technical Services Team, including handling calls, records, and correspondence.Manage maintenance requests, accommodation bookings, invoicing, payroll, and vehicle compliance.Follow WHS protocols and complete required safety documentation and training.The Best PartThe highlight of being an Administration Assistant here is the opportunity to collaborate with various departments within the resort, such as food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance.
