You''ll be the key link between engineering, procurement, logistics and site execution teams - ensuring materials are available, accounted for and ready when needed.Your key responsibilities:Coordinate with engineering, planning, procurement, and logistics teams to align material needs with project scope and scheduleManage inventory and material control systems (SPMat/MARIAN), including purchase orders, receipts, and reportingOversee onsite stores operations, including inspections, preservation, and accurate location trackingInterface with construction partners to manage ROS dates, laydown areas, and material handoversPrepare and maintain inventory of tools and special equipmentGenerate and present materials status reports and KPIs to project leadershipSupport planning teams by aligning material deliveries with project milestonesAbout YouMinimum 8 years experience in materials management, ideally in onshore oil & gasThorough understanding of SPMat and manage toolsProven ability to lead and supervise stores teams in a high-paced project environmentExperience managing large materials and spares inventoriesExcellent communication, planning, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)Self-motivated, delivery-focused, and a strong team playerWhats Next?Once receiving your system application, our recruiting team will screen and match your skills, experience, and potential team fit against the role requirements.
