Narangba Station Medical Centre, located in Narangba Qld 4504, is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team on a full time basis.Narangba Station Medical Centre provides the highest standards of healthcare and is dedicated to providing our patients and their families with a personalised, professional, and quality service.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the practices day-to-day operation and administration team.The Practice Manager is part of the reception team and supports the Director/Principal GP with staff management, developing the reception team, supporting the delivery of quality customer service to doctors and their patients, rostering, and in maintaining Accreditation. The Practice Manager ensures that the practice runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.Reporting to the Director/Principal GP you will assist the management team to help grow and shape the future of this practice.Primary responsibilities include:All day-to-day operational aspects of the practiceHuman resource management, including rostering, staff task allocation, and productivity.Clinical software management (Best Practice, Cliniko & Gentu)Clinical quality improvement managementAllied Health and Specialist liaison and supportProblem solving Adopt a problem-solving approach to work-based issues as they ariseParticipate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes and work practices to optimise the teams function.Policy and procedure review and Accreditation (PracticeHub & AGPAL)The ideal candidate for this role will preferably have:3+ years General Practice Management experienceKnowledge of Medicare and RACGPs accreditation standardsExperience with the software products listed aboveWell-developed computer literacy and IT skillsAbout you:The successful candidate will possess strong relationship management and problem-solving skills and have a flexible, personable approach.
