Their vision is to equip families and children with strategies and supports that enable them to become powerful advocators while helping to create a future paved with possibilities. Their mission is to provide support to families of children/young adults who have recently received a diagnosis or deemed eligible to receive services under NDIS guidelines but not currently able to access services due to extensive waiting lists.Position Description:Teamwork that feels like family - You wont be going it alone.
