This is a part-time role offering 30 hours per week, with flexibility in how those hours are structured. Youll be supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy, dynamic site and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and youll play a key part in keeping things on track.What youll be doing:Raising and managing purchase orders and supporting invoice reconciliationCoordinating facility maintenance, site services and small projectsManaging invoicing and supporting with financial administrationAnswering phone calls and attending to visitors on-siteWorking with a wide range of internal and external stakeholdersKeeping things moving by supporting the site with a range of operational needsAbout you:Were after someone whos resilient, unflappable, and thrives on variety.
