This role is part of our National Customer Service Team for bulk products, where no two days are the same.The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, plus approximately one Saturday per month from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm, at an overtime rate.In this role, you will:Be the first point of contact for bulk product customers via phone and emailProcess customer orders and track delivery progressInvestigate and resolve customer queries with accuracy and careProactively manage communications around transport delays or product availabilityBuild effective working relationships with logistics, operations, and sales teamsBe empowered to problem-solve and deliver timely, practical solutionsContribute to a supportive team culture where collaboration and continuous improvement are valuedWhether youre responding to high-volume enquiries or digging into a complex order issue, your professionalism and initiative will make you a key contributor in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and consistent experience.What Youll BringYou are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and loves getting things done right.
